Goat cheese! 

I have been doing some experiments with goat milk, because um, I have a bunch of it! 

This recipe is so far my favorite, and it’s oh so easy! An incredibly mild soft cheese, it has no ‘goaty’ flavor. It’s very similar to a cream cheese consistency. I have been adding chives and rosemary to the the finished product. If you are looking for something to try I would totally recommend this!
